Each user is only allowed to register a single account on surga88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed without refund of balances.
During registration, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. surga88 may request identity verification documents at any time, including ID card copies, as part of account verification (KYC). Failure to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account access restrictions.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. surga88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.
As a surga88 user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
Surga88 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, including suspending accounts, cancelling transactions, or reporting to relevant authorities without prior notice.
All transactions on surga88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and direct bank transfers. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Deposits are typically processed within 1 to 10 minutes depending on the chosen method. surga88 is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider’s side. Users are advised to keep payment proof for dispute resolution if needed.
For withdrawals, the bank account name must match the registered name on surga88. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed. surga88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until user identity verification is fully completed. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current policies, which can be checked in your account settings.
Liability Limits: surga88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users from platform use, service interruptions, technical failures, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property: All content on the surga88 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of surga88 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or using any such content without explicit written permission from surga88.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. surga88 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure: surga88 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, suspicious activities, or orders from relevant authorities. In account closures due to user faults, any balance related to bonuses or promotional credits will not be refunded. Real money balances may be refunded subject to investigation.
Changes to Terms: surga88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior user consent. Users will be notified of material changes through platform notifications or registered email. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
